I instant-printed 200 photos here today and Jose cut the borders off of every single print and he totally did NOT have to do that. What outstanding customer service!! I would give a higher rating if I could!!
Buying stuff online is a global trend. Actually, it is a reality. But when I buy complex, sophisticated gear from the physical store where I'm recognized as a valued customer - I feel much safer. I prefer buy lenses and cameras from South London Henry's because they have competitive prices and trade in program. And if there is something wrong with purchase (unlikely) the staff will help me to resolve the issue. Also, I like the fact that I can get a valuable hands on explanation about the gear and about photography or videography in general. Great place, happy customer for 12 years.
Stopped in on Aug. 10th looking for assistance with a comparison between two camera options. Zac was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained the pros and cons between my two choices and gave recommendations based on my use and needs for the particular camera.
Great selection on site, but they don't do repairs on site. I had a simple repair to be done on a Nikon 700 (to replace the flash boot) and was told I had to pay for shipping and handling to have repairs done by Nikon.

Great photography showroom. The service is quite good, staff is always happy for you to try out their equipment, which is very helpful. They have less stocked in the store than they used to, which is too bad, but in the age of online competition, I can't change my rating because of that. When you're thinking of investing so much money into some equipment, there's nothing like trying it out with your own hands, under the direction and advice of a professional. You won't get that on eBay. I always talk to Paul for all my Canon needs, and don't forget to check out the used-lenses case before you leave.

Henry’s is always my go-to for anything camera related and I have gotten all my equipment from them for the past 6+ years. However I was in here yesterday inquiring about a lens for my Sony A7iii and the salesman was abrupt, impatient and couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone in order to answer the 2 or 3 questions I had. Idk if he was near the end of his shift, but without looking up he informed me it would take from 3 weeks to a few months for them to receive the lens I was interested in...long story short I ordered my lens from Camera Canada instead and expect it late this week. Long time customer, very disappointed.
I called Henry's as a customer of mine needed a SD card. The gentleman, Jose, answered and ever so helped me. He was very kind and patient, as I had to translate everything that was said to me to my customer. Awesome customer service, thank you!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Zach on Saturday February 23rd. We had a photo crisis because we were celebrating grandpa’s 60th birthday and our pictures from another print shop did not work out. Zach came to the rescue with nine perfectly reproduced 5 x 7’s and my photo collage was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much Zach and I hope you will make it out to Vancouver for a visit sometime!
Either they aren't knowledgeable on what they sell or they try to sell you the most expensive item in the store for what you are looking for on purpose even if you don't need it. I was told I needed the most expensive product for what I was looking for because it was better than the others, and then I later found out the reason I was given that it was better than the others for didn't even exist in what I was sold.Will never be buying from Henry's again.
Really good selection
I had a great experience in this store. The service was fantastic. The only things that would have made my experience better would be keeping batteries charged on display cameras so that I don’t have to wait 3-4 minutes of searching for the only battery with a bit of charge on it (might be worth keeping some spares on a charger to swap out?) but this is a small issue honestly. Also not much stock on Sony lenses, but I understand that this is a Sony issue, not a Henry’s issue. Thanks for the help!!
Staff are extremely helpful. Helped with a rush print last year which was extremely appreciated.
Just used their instant photo kiosk for the first time. Prints are good quality, instant and reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful with helping me locate my photos on my phone to print via bluetooth.
I'm ecstatic at the level of service received from this location. We were greeted and assisted by Zac who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Henry's has always been known for it's quality, but when you carry quality products that isn't difficult. However, what really has set it apart for me after my recent visit is the level of dedicated from the team they've curated. Zac knew what we wanted before we even knew in most cases and helped us setup a profile that we just couldn't walk away from. A wonderful and personable atmosphere created by talented staff make a world of difference. I'll be back for future purchases with Zac, for sure!

Great store! bought a Z6 + accessories kit there recently. not only did they give me a good deal on it, but also drove to my house to deliver a memory card that they forgot to put in the bag at checkout. i wasn't expecting that, to be honest, in this day and age.also, most importantly: the staff is more than competent. all of the people i've dealt with there knew the tech like the back of their hand. i'm very impressed.I would also like to mention Matthew and Avan in particular. They're very astute, honest and sharp individuals in general, but also in the field of photography. I'm very grateful to both of them for the help they've given me.
Helpful when I bought my camera. Nice to be able to drop off electronics you want to recycle-from microwaves to batteries
The staff are completely professional and always have a smile on their face ready to help every customer. Zac was very helpful in guiding us through the instant print machine and was very upbeat, you could tell he loves his job very much and loves to help people!

I've made quite a few visits to both of the Henry's stores in London. This one seems to carry more selection than the north store and still has the same incredible service. I do appreciate the sales people giving g their honest opinion on what you need, rather than buying everything I think I need.
Of the 2 Henry stores in London this one has more enthusiastic and passionate staff. There is a bias towards certain brands by a few but we all do have our own preference. I asked for an Amazon price match on a Fuji 100-400 and they simply wouldn't even consider it. I would really prefer to spend my money on local businesses but as a consumer I am going to go with the best price. Passionate staff and a shared love of photography make it a pleasant visit.
Very knowledgeable staff and willing to assist. Pricing are the lowest or will price match. There is a free weekly learning workshop, every Thursday at 6-7pm.
Good selection and price. Better place over Walmart 2 buy camera as staff can explain the quality of each camera tripod or other equipment.
I went to ask if they could repair my camera and the sales guy barely looked at it then told me that it would be too cost a lot so i should "save my money " to buy the newer version of the same camera instead of sending it in..

Friendly staff who are always willing to help you out and do what they can to get you the best equipment for your budget. Unfortunately like every modern store stock can be limited so if you coming from far away and are looking for something specific maybe check online or call ahead of visiting to make sure what you want is available.
I had many questions to be answered about Flash photography. I called here. I was quickly passed along to a trusted employee named Mathew who gave me a solid answer to each and every question. These fellows are knowledgeable and understanding.
I think this store provides the best customer service in London — and I don't just mean among camera shops. The staff are universally knowledgeable, patient, and good-humored. So grateful to have this resource nearby!

The Henry's staff at the Wellington Rd. store is knowledgeable and will assist you in finding the camera or accessories you need to take great photos. From amateur to professional, this place has you covered. Prices are good, but it is the service that sets this store apart from other camera stores.

I've been in both Henry's locations here in London, several times. Their customer service is second to none. Every staff member I've spoken to is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I wouldn't think of stopping anywhere else for my photography needs.

I bought two camera lenses there yesterday, and the customer service was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I also felt like i actually had a choice about whether I bought something or not. I wasn't once pressured into buying something I didn't want.
